I spent quite a bit of time looking for good Forth books a while back, and
had very little luck finding stuff that was still in print. The only
promising thing I found that I didn't follow up on was:

http://www.forth.com/Content/Handbook/Handbook.html

I'm guessing that this book is quite good, but I can't say for sure since
I don't have it.
