My TR shipped with a double life battery and I've been told by people
with TXs that they shipped with a single.

I bought my TR shortly before it stopped shipping and it was the only
505 left ...

but they seem to be using losemodems pretty consistantly :/

I sucked it up and bought a pcmcia modem for the occasional time I
actually need it (when travelling, basicly).
