Could do.  How does this fit in with the current install/ chapter
content?

Diffs for the moment, please -- with the September 15th printing
deadline for the Handbook looming, I'd rather not see stuff go in that
is almost certainly not going to be finished by then -- can we revisit
this in more detail after then?
