This adds style bugs where there were none before in approximately 60%
of the changed lines (the names of local variables are not indented in
KNF). Please back out the regressions. Most of them are easy to fix
by restoring code from rev.1.1.

The colorizing code needs some more cleanups. colortype() is especially
ugly.
