I imagine I'd know the answer to the following question if I did
some more reading, but I'll take the easy way out as long as the
subject (kinda) came up here.

In all of my recent installs, I get the mouse support (and cut &
paste) on ttyv0, but I don't get it on any of the other virtual
consoles.  Is that the expected behavior?
