Subject: Using phkmalloc in 2.1.6?

I would like to link some applications with phkmalloc on a 2.1.6 system,
but there apperars to be no port/package/tarball of phkmalloc available
anywhere.

If there isn't such a thing available, does anyone have a makefile that
will build a working libphkmalloc.a, under 2.1.6?

Also, can't phkmalloc be used on other platforms? I would think that it
would provide some benefit over the stock SunOS 4.1 malloc, or are their
alignment/endian problems that prevent this?

Tom
