Currently (when a student looks at the ideas page) it is not clear =20
what the 2007 label means. Removing the 2007 marker would be better. =20
Why do we need to keep it merked as a previous SoC entry? With the =20
2008 markers we explicitly tell that those items are encouraged to =20
take for the SoC. This means items without the marker are not =20
encouraged to take for the SoC. A part of the 2007 items has a WIP =20
link, and the rest has at least a technical contact. As such I propose =20
to our soc organizers (you and Murray, as both of you commit to the =20
ideas list), to remove the 2007 markers, as this would be less =20
confusing for the students and would give the same hint to not take =20
this (the good students will contact the technical contact before the =20
application anyway).

Bye,
Alexander.
