My PCIE ati x700 Mobility hangs even if AIGLX isn't enabled. The patch
resolves this issue, but it's not a fix, it just disables locks. It
results in memory leaks, but drm and aiglx work well. The patch is
attached.

Some issues was fixed and commited, probably the locking problem is
linked with pcigart too.
