That's what I'm using. I have an EISA motherboard, and they never
considered the market big enough to update the BIOS even for 486DX4s.
It seems to be working OK for me. You might want to double-verify
with who you buy them from that you could swap the VRs and chips for
486DX2/66's just in case it doesn't work out, though.
