do a ``boot -v'' and look at the values emitted for the PCI registers. The
QS1000 driver assumes some very specific things which may not be appropriate
for a QS3000.

It might also be a good idea to turn on as much trace as possible using
isdndebug.

I know I had to munge stuff in i4b_isic_pci.c in order to add support for
the Fritz!Card PCI. The assumptions made there for the QS1000 were not
appropriate.
