During the installation process you were ask to enter the root password and
retype it, remember?
well that is your superuser, you can log in with login: root and the
password you enter in the installation.
During the installation you were also ask if you want to create new users, I
assume you say no.
thats no problem with the root account you can create new user. check this

Be careful with your activity with root, because the superuser can do
anything in the system.
I suggest you create a user and work with it. if you want to do something
that needs superuser permisions
you can use the command su or install sudo.
