No, but I believe there is a PR sitting around requesting it.  It was
brain-dead for whomever decided to disable rsh and not fix the rmt
protocol to work with ssh.

And piping dump to ssh to a pipe to dd is not the same as remote dump
using rmt.  Try it with multiple tape volumes and see how far you get.
