What do you mean by "servers ... supporting" CVS? If you're talking about FreeBSD, 9.0-RELEASE is the last release that will be available via CVS. Why should the FreeBSD 10 base system include support for a VCS that doesn't support it? If you're talking non-FreeBSD uses then there will be support for CVS servers via the ports system.
