Last few times I've tried supping I get : bash# tail -f sup.log SUP 9.26 (4.3 BSD) for file /etc/supfile at Jul 1 10:35:04 SUP: Can't connect to server for supfilesrv: No route to host SUP: Will retry in 61 seconds As far as I can tell other sites are reachable and the sup machine doesn't appear to be down, ie: rdugaue@nfs1;0.00:/u6/rdugaue} ping sup.freebsd.org PING freefall.FreeBSD.org (204.216.27.4): 56 data bytes 64 bytes from 204.216.27.4: icmp_seq=0 ttl=248 time=200.371 ms 64 bytes from 204.216.27.4: icmp_seq=1 ttl=248 time=217.648 ms 64 bytes from 204.216.27.4: icmp_seq=2 ttl=248 time=299.338 ms If I let the sup go, it eventually times out with each hiearchy. :( -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Robert Du Gaue - rdugaue@calweb.com http://www.calweb.com President, CalWeb Internet Services Inc.
