In the book "A complaint is a gift", a similar example is given in
two different locations.

Rather than not shipping product, the companies involved changed
their packaging system used for shipping thier products.

Amazingly enough, these companies are both thriving today; if I
remember correctly, it has something to do with being able to
get goods to customers intact.
