I will take the matter to the magazine. The obvious reason would be
that a second CD costs extra money. But you guessed that already.

Thanks for all the responses. I have some facts to go by now. And some
time, as I presume the magazine will want to wait for 4.2 and make it
a Christmas gift :-)
