No, unfortunatly you sound like someone who's just discovered "tracert" and starts asking how to setup his own ISP. Take some clases or read some, books, learning by osmosis doesn't work, I've chucked many a book at a newbie hoping so, unfortunatly it just doesn't work... you have to want to learn.
