The new WDT driver, to be checked in RSN, includes all these functions.  It
uses the ICS WDT-501P and provides alarms and kernel ans/or user callbacks
for Temperature, fan speed, high voltage and low voltage alarms, as well as
a (8 bit) temperature reading.

The callbacks are part of the High Availability Server functionality.
