I didn't know that such a documentary already exists. However, it's pretty old. Yahoo is talking about FreeBSD 2.1 and 2.2 ... thats some years ago, and as far as I heard, they are still using FreeBSD on their webservers, but using Linux for their MySQL Cluster.
