On a system with a 440FX motherboard (Micron Millenia Pro) I have an IDE Zip and CDROM on the secondary IDE channel. If I try to mount a CDROM the system is hosed. I hope this isn't a chipset issue - it seems like it would be most embarrassing if we didn't work with PIIX3.
