I have a number of commands that I use like that.
Just put the commands you want in a file, and chmod the file to be 
executable.

$ cat go
ls -lt | more

$ chmod 755 go
 
and to test;

$ ./go

If you want it executable from anywhere you have to put it in a bin
directory.
