If you have a TV capture card with an FM tuner on it
(read: NO RadioTrack tuner!) and you are still looking
for a good tuner app, you can now download a beta
version of xmradio at:

http://www.rostock.zgdv.de/~runge/radio

special features:
 - automatic station scanning! (Yeah!)
 - reads station names and their frequencies via
app-defaults (like fxtv) and displays it in the
   titlebar
 - popup menu via right mousebutton with all
pre-defined stations for fast station changes
 - graphical "analyzer"

You'll find a file with just the sources and a
pre-compiled version. You need motif to build it
for yourself. Lesstif will do, but has a problem
with the layout. So, I recommend the prebuild
version for daily use ;-)

Please report any success/failure/suggestions to
me (runge@rostock.zgdv.de).
Thanks.
