I personally can't stand Keystone's interface so I went looking for some ticketing systems a couple of months ago. I found this page with many free packages available,
  http://linas.org/linux/pm.html

But I ended up going back to one that I had used before (not listed on the page above), RequestTracker, available at http://www.fsck.com/projects/rt/
  It has a web, email and command line interface (great for generating quick reports)
