Hi, all, I just downloaded freebsd 5.0 and want to install it on Intel tiger 4 system. The kernel can start up and prompt installation interface. Because intel tiger 4 use usb keyboard and mouse, therefore I could not use usb keyboard and mouse to continue install system. I examine the system and find a serial console. I do not know if freebsd installation can use serial console to install. If can, how to change to serial console, because in intel tiger 4, the VGA is on motherboard. I want to use serial console to install ia64 system. If someone knows, please give me a reply. Thanks in advance!
