Question, does the Miata execute any I86 rom other than the VGA Bios? The AS200 does not seem so. (And it does not have support to boot from a IDE device either).

How do I do it? Do I have to set a kernel option or maybe a boot flag?

I'll fight it this for a while, case I can't make it work I will return the card and buy a Promise one.

Maybe this information can be useful for others: The CMD card in question was bought in CompuUSA, manufactured by FMI, Mfg Part # 10215023  CompUSA SKU: 276326.
