Did anybody notice that the output of "w" is messed up in the latest 2.2.6-BETA (built an hour ago)? /home/blaz> uname -a FreeBSD gold.amis.net 2.2.6-BETA FreeBSD 2.2.6-BETA #0: Wed Mar 11 18:31:09 CET 1998 root@gold.amis.net:/usr/home/blaz/FreeBSD-2.2/src/sys/compile/GOLD i386 /home/blaz> w 7:29pm up 26 mins, 2 users, load averages: 0.56, 0.74, 0.78 USER TTY FROM LOGIN@ IDLE WHAT root v0 - 7:28pm - -tcsh (tcsh) blaz p0 :0.0 7:26pm - w I guess this was caused by Jordan's merges and he probably accidentally merged the "USER TTY FROM LOGIN IDLE WHAT" line in /usr/src/usr.bin/w/w.c from -CURRENT. This line is a bit longer in -CURRENT because of the 16 char username support. Also, I had to do a MAKEDEV after upgrading to 2.2.6-BETA from a two-week-old 2.2.5-STABLE because the keyboard was dead in X11 othwerise. I think this should be mentioned in the documentation somewhere (that a MAKEDEV is needed after an upgrade).
