I'd like to commit the following trivial patch, but I prefer to
check with competent people first :-). Has been running fine on my
system for a few days; fixes the CPU part of PR# kern/5236 (zombie
processes showing in ps as using CPU and mem). The mem part seems
to be gone, maybe due to other VM changes.
