>Description:

The device.hints functionality is not mentioned anywhere in the
Handbook. The information about this drastic change in FreeBSD 5.0
must be better documented before we release FreeBSD 5.0.
device.hints(5) is a good place to start, but the material belongs in
the Handbook (where new-users will look for it).
