	   I guess "the then" might be "the"?!

	2) the description, DISCONNECT_REQ, DISCONNECT_IND should be
	   I4D_DISCONNECT_REQ, MSG_DISCONNECT_IND, respectively, 
	   I guess, because these words represent macro names defined in
	   <machine/i4b_ioctl.h>.
