This commit does nothing for *running* on Apple Silicon=2E

This is about *building* FreeBSD *from macOS* on Apple Silicon=2E Some peo=
ple want cross-builds from anything to work=2E

These things are completely orthogonal=2E

Someone working on the *running* part would generally have no reason to bu=
ild FreeBSD on macOS specifically=2E
