It's not:

# ls -l /usr/src/etc/sendmail 
total 1
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  3058 Oct 30 23:38 Makefile
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel   898 Oct 30 23:38 freebsd.submit.mc
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  2236 Mar 29  2002 freefall.mc

Just to be shure I did another cvsup... no changes.
