I thought it was more a question of nobody figuring out _how_ to get tk4.1
to use the tcl in the tree... :-/ Last time I tried, I gave up, from
memory it wanted to refer to some things in the tcl7.5 build that are not
present ("tclConfig.something" from memory), and the base src version does
not use the standard library names (ie: it has libtcl.so.75.0 instead of
libtcl75.so.1.0, and so on. The "official" command to link with tcl7.5
last time I saw it was "-ltcl75")

It shouldn't be hard to fix, and I'd love the disk space back by getting
rid of one of the copies.

Cheers,
-Peter
