Their service is variable, but never THAT bad (at least in my 
experience). Occasionally, there's a language barrier, because it's 
a family-run business that often provides first jobs in America for 
new immigrants from their region of India. But that's the only 
problem I've ever found. And the managers, all members of the original
family, certainly DO speak English.
