For all I know, there is none.

It is easy to start though.

Take a look nl_NL.ISO8859-1, de_DE.ISO8859-1, it_IT.ISO8859-1 andso on.
For Hebrew a good one might also be the ja_JP stuff, since your
character set is way different.

Read through the Documentation Project Primer first.
