This is definitely something I'd shoot for, if for nothing else to make it
a resource that you can say, "hey!  this is what I need to do to cvsup
2.0.5 to 4.2.6" by reading through the file as it collects. :)  Maybe even
segregate it into version bits.

I'd be happy to maintain such an animal by watching -stable, at least... 
of course zigg.com has wimpy bandwidth, so I can't put it up here. :)
