Sorry. I interlined my output with your script. But yes, it's after
the loader is loaded (successfully).

The error messages are:
failed to send Read to dka500.5.0.1.1
device dka500.0.1.1 no longer valid [repeated 10 more times]

cb_open: failed SCSI 1 1 0 5 500 6000 11000, dka500.5.0.1.1
