This is on a 5.0 release system. I kept finding it locked up but today I caught it in the act. It comes around to initializing memory after the crash and then hangs. Needs to be cold booted (sending the brk doesn't phase it). I wouldn't rule out a hardware problem but we didn't have any with this box under solaris. If I get some time I have an other E250 I can try putting the disks in.
