Do they bundle a year's worth of hardware and software support,
including warranty?  Support has always been one of Sun's strong
suites.  The last time I had a bad GBIC, one of the early Vixels, they
had a hardware engineer there within a couple of hours.  That was on
contract.  Warranty support would have cross-shipped a replacement part
next-day.

A number of companys also offer s/w support contracts for Linux.
I wonder what the market would be for FreeBSD support contracts?
