Hello, I am trying to get Java 1.0.2 installed. I have untared the jdk tar file, and done the following: 1. your path to include the <jdk>/bin directory 2. CLASSPATH environment variable to .:<jdk>/classes.zip 3. LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include <jdk>/lib/i386 However, what is meant in line 3 above. I tried to add the following to my .cshrc file> LD_LIBRARY_PATH .:/java/lib/i386 but when I reboot or source .cshrc it errors on this line. What advice do you have to offer? Thanks Wes
