Whoops, Retract that! They do _not_ need to be executable!
(Welp, They work while not executable)

The funny thing is, They were 644 when I was having the
problem, I changed them to 755, It worked.
I changed them back to 644, Still works!

They are currently 644, As adduser creates them. rhosts is 600.
