Some places to look are:

JumpTec                 www.jumptec.com         DimmPC

Cell Computing, Inc.    www.cellcomputing.com   CardPC

Epson Electronics       www.smos.com            Card-PC

CompuLab                www.compulab.co.il      i960 micro-cards and a
new 486-based one.

ZF Micro                www.zfmicro.com         386-based PC-on-chip,
claimed price is $50, claimed shipping is in Jan. 2000

Take a look at the work at Stanford University with their "Matchbox PC &
Matchbox server" <http://wearables.stanford.edu/>;

Also look at <http://www-ccs.cs.umass.edu/~shri/iPic.html>; for possibly
the "smallest web server" around.
