/base/head/share/man/man5/src.conf.5 :

-r353933 show 10 matches to "power" (case independent).

-r353358 shows 244 matches to "power" (case independent).

In head -r355644 I got the following:

# man src.conf | grep -i power
             Set to not build LLVM target support for PowerPC.  The
             Set to build LLVM target support for PowerPC.  The
             Set to force the powerpc boot loader to launch the kernel in

So all of 3 lines and 3 references. This is what got me to look
at /base/head/share/man/man5/src.conf.5 .
