At the moment, this is not true; you need one physical multicast-capable 
interface.  Anders Klemets, a summer intern at PARC, has some modifications
that will make this no longer true (but need more testing so far =)

And, the question was about using the tools on a machine which was on a subnet 
that already had a multicast router on it, not about using them on a machine 
which was the multicast router...
