Really there is no reason, because cgkit2 is fully compatible with
the previous version. On the other hand, cgkit1 installs/requires
less stuff ;) and compiles on FreeBSD 4.X too.
I don't know, if you think it is better, you may close this PR,
and I'm sending a patch for updating the current port.
