'Compatible' does perhaps sound a bit more positive than 'works with', it
may be a better way to go.  OTOH 'native' might confuse folks who don't
know/care what it means in this context.  'Designed for' isn't quite right
either -- something like Communicator clearly isn't designed specifically
for 'BSD, even though there are native binaries.  I think 'built for'
conveys the meaning of the higher level certification adequately, although
it's not particularly exciting as a slogan.

I like Jason's 100% idea -- it would be great to work that in somewhere.
Maybe "100% FreeBSD" or somesuch.
