Hey!  I wrote a PL/1 to C translator back in 1983.  I know I have it on
a 9 track tape somewhere!

Man, talk about hand-crafted crap code!  That's from my days of turning
out student quality code; I certainly won't be dusting off that tape
and letting people look inside my (very) old underwear any time soon!

It'd be pretty trivial to write one using Lex/Yacc.  You could start
with a Pascal grammar; the syntax is near-identical.
