What are the main differences between 8.6.12 and 8.7.6 ?

I'm doing the same thing with the user database (wich is included in
the version shipped with 2.1).

The From: Header is relplaced like expected, but i still don't use
masquarading.
Why do you suggest to use it ? Maybe i miss something.

Only one problem is left: If i send local mail, the From: Header is
replaced also. This causes problems with local replys. They always
have to go via the POP server.

Is there any way to avoid this ?

If i am right, the user database replaces the From: Header _before_
the rulesets apply.
