It seems the license for J2SE 1.4 SDK is quite intrusive. Sun allows themselves to automatically install updates to the JDK! See: http://hal.trinhall.cam.ac.uk/~nrs27/java_eula.html This sounds a scary to me. Looks like Sun is thinking: If Microsoft can get away with it, so can we.
