The other big difference between the Pro and III is the IR port.  If
you're planning on doing some development work for Pilot, an IR sync
program for FreeBSD would be completely, totally cool.  ;^)

Did you catch the misspelling in your Subject line?  When I first
read it, I wondered if 3Com had come up with a special version for
Judeo-Christian users, the PsalmPilot.  ;^)
