(sorry for not posting this immediately after the commit) I've replaced fetch(1) with a libfetch-based implementation. It should support all the flags the old implementation does, except for -h and -f; if anyone notices something missing or not working as it should, please notify me as soon as possible so I can fix the problems quickly, as I want to get this into -STABLE in time for 4.1.
